NoMeansNo provides training, compliance support, workshops, and awareness programs under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, POCSO Act, and related gender-sensitisation initiatives. Services may be rendered through in-person sessions, virtual platforms, e-learning modules, and consultancy.

2. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for providing accurate information during registration or inquiry.

Any misuse of the platform, including false enrollment or unauthorized sharing of course material, will lead to immediate termination of services.

Participants must maintain decorum and professional conduct during training programs.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to training materials, videos, guides, toolkits, and session recordings, are the intellectual property of NoMeansNo.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for services or training must be paid in full before the commencement of the program, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Prices listed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.

5. Certification

Participants will receive a verifiable certificate of participation or completion, subject to meeting the session requirements and completing assessments (if applicable).

6. Modifications to Services

NoMeansNo reserves the right to change or discontinue any part of the services, including fees, content, or scheduling, with prior notice.

8. Governing Law
