Join NoMeansNo — India’s leading PoSH & POCSO compliance training and consulting organisation. We empower workplaces and institutions with training, legal compliance solutions and safer cultures. If you’re passionate about workplace safety, social justice, HR compliance, or legal training — you’re in the right place.

Location: Delhi NCR | Hybrid | Experience: 1–3 Years

NoMeansNo | Centre for Skill Development & Training is looking for an energetic and knowledgeable POSH Trainer to join our core training team.

We are looking for someone who understands that a good POSH session is not about reading the law from a presentation. It is about making people think, participate, question assumptions and walk away with a practical understanding of workplace boundaries, appropriate behaviour and the POSH framework.

What will you do?

As a POSH Trainer, you will deliver engaging and legally sound learning interventions across corporates as well as development and grassroots organisations. The role will include:

  • Delivering POSH Awareness and sensitisation sessions for employees, managers and other stakeholder groups
  • Delivering sessions in both English and Hindi, through in-person and virtual formats
  • Using scenarios, activities, discussions, polls and other interactive methodologies to make sessions engaging and relevant
  • Simplifying provisions of the POSH Act and Rules without compromising legal accuracy
  • Handling participant questions and practical workplace situations with confidence and sensitivity
  • Travelling locally within Delhi NCR and undertaking outstation travel for client sessions
  • Working closely with our core training and content team to continuously improve training decks, scenarios, activities and learning methodologies
  • Understanding client requirements and adapting delivery appropriately while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Contributing towards strong participant experience and client satisfaction
  • Sharing post-session observations and feedback that can help strengthen future interventions

What are we looking for?

Ideally, you should have 1–3 years of relevant experience in the POSH domain, with a thorough understanding of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and applicable Rules.

Practical experience of independently delivering POSH sessions will be strongly preferred.

You should be:

  • Confident and engaging in front of diverse audiences
  • Proficient in delivering sessions in both English and Hindi
  • Comfortable facilitating rather than simply presenting
  • Legally sound, yet able to explain the law in simple language
  • Sensitive to the nuances of workplace sexual harassment conversations
  • Comfortable handling challenging questions and differing viewpoints
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Willing to travel for training assignments

Proficiency in an additional Indian language will be an advantage.

Familiarity with interactive training tools such as Mentimeter, Kahoot, polls, quizzes, breakout activities and other digital engagement platforms will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of the POCSO Act is desirable, but not mandatory.

Work Arrangement

📍 Base Location: Delhi NCR
🏢 Hybrid: 2 days a week from office
💻 Virtual training assignments
🚗 Regular local travel for client sessions
✈️ Outstation travel as required

NoMeansNo | Centre for Skill Development & Training is looking for a Law Intern / Legal Researcher to work closely with our Founder and External Member team on the backend legal and documentation processes involved in POSH inquiries and workplace sexual harassment matters.

This is not a conventional legal internship. The role offers hands-on exposure to the processes behind real-world POSH inquiries and requires someone who is meticulous with records, legally curious, discreet and comfortable working with highly confidential information.

What will you work on?

You will support our External Members and inquiry processes with:

  • Preparing and organising POSH case files and case binders
  • Preparing/reviewing inquiry transcripts from hearings and recordings
  • Maintaining case records, evidence and documentation
  • Assisting in preparing Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) from inquiry notes
  • Legal research on the POSH Act, Rules and relevant judicial precedents
  • Assisting with drafting and structuring inquiry reports
  • Organising complainant, respondent and witness statements and supporting evidence
  • Tracking inquiry documentation, communications and timelines
  • Supporting External Members with other research and case-preparation requirements

The role is a support and research function. Statutory decision-making and findings remain with the concerned Internal Committee.

Who are we looking for?

A qualification in Law is mandatory — law graduates and suitably qualified law students may apply depending on experience.

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

Prior exposure to or a strong understanding of the POSH Act, legal research and drafting skills, attention to detail, strong written English, comfort working with evidence and voluminous documentation, and an ability to handle sensitive matters with maturity.

Given the nature of POSH inquiries, three qualities are non-negotiable:

CONFIDENTIALITY • INTEGRITY • DISCRETION

The selected person will work directly with the Founder and closely with the External Member concerned. Where required, the individual may also be formally identified as part of the External Member's support team within applicable client engagement arrangements, subject to appropriate confidentiality and access protocols.

Work Arrangement

The role will be largely remote, with occasional requirements to work from our Delhi / Chandigarh offices and, where necessary, travel to client locations to support in-person inquiry processes.

This role would particularly suit someone interested in building serious practical exposure to POSH law, workplace investigations, principles of natural justice, evidence appreciation, inquiry documentation and legal research—beyond textbook understanding.
