Verify a NoMeansNo certificate

Verify a NoMeansNo PoSH or POCSO training certificate using the number printed on the document. A matching record lets you compare the participant, programme, certification date and other details with the issued certificate.

This register confirms certificate issuance by NoMeansNo. It does not itself certify an organisation’s legal compliance or confer a statutory appointment.

About this service

How do I verify a NoMeansNo certificate?

Enter the full certificate number printed on the document. If it matches our register, you can review the recorded participant, programme, certification date, location and organisation, then open the issued certificate to compare the details.

What does a matching result confirm?

It confirms that the certificate number and displayed details match a record held by NoMeansNo. It is not, by itself, proof that an organisation complies with PoSH or POCSO law, or that a person has been appointed to a statutory role.

How long is the certificate valid?

Lifetime, subject to retraining if required by a future government mandate or change in applicable law or rules. There is no automatic one-year expiry in this register.

What if the number is not found?

Re-enter the number exactly as printed, including its letters and digits. If there is still no match, contact NoMeansNo with a copy of the certificate so our team can check it.
