RK Bhasin

Mentor

Mr. Bhasin, a post-graduate in Labour Laws, Welfare, and Personnel Management from Punjabi University, Patiala, brings over 38 years of diverse experience across manufacturing, publishing, banking, law, IPR, security, and marketing. He has been associated with CSDT since its inception as an Advisor. A passionate coach and mentor, he has served on various government committees in banking and finance, led training and appraisal at a nationalized bank for 20+ years, and later headed key divisions—including Banking, Finance, Insurance, IPR, and Legal—at a national Chamber of Commerce. His multifaceted roles have equipped him with deep operational insights in sectors like infrastructure, CSR, and security.

Ms. Kamal Singh

Mentor

Kamal is a seasoned Learning, Development, and Talent Management professional with over 40 years of multinational corporate experience. With a background in Public Administration, her expertise spans strategic planning, capacity building, and behavioral and skill-based interventions aligned with organizational goals. She has worked extensively with government bodies, NGOs, academic institutions, and international agencies on issues related to gender equality, child rights, governance, and CSR. Known for her passion and impactful delivery, Kamal was awarded the MBE by the UK Government in 2002 for her contributions to gender equality, child rights, and public sector reform.

Dr.Akula Padmavathi

Mentor

Dr. Akula brings over 30 years of experience managing large teams and high-risk projects across diverse fields. A double gold medalist in law, she holds a PhD in Forensic Science and a Doctorate in International Economics (USA). Her roles have included Social Development Advisor to the Planning Commission and Government Negotiator for key international missions. She serves as an External Member of the Internal Complaints Committee at the Ministry of Women & Child Development and chairs the international NGO, Humana People to People India. With expertise in organizational behavior and workplace biases, she guides organizations toward excellence. Dr. Akula also leads the CSR consultancy vertical at CSDT, overseeing major projects for renowned brands.
