At NoMeansNo, we strive to ensure our training programs and services meet your expectations. We also understand that circumstances may require changes to your plans. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations will be handled.
If a participant chooses to cancel their registration for a paid program:
7 days or more prior to the training date: 80% of the fee will be refunded (20% retained as administrative charges).
Less than 7 days prior to the training: No refund will be provided. However, substitution of the participant or rescheduling may be allowed (subject to approval).
In the rare event that a program is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by NoMeansNo due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facilitator emergency, medical emergency, low registrations, or technical issues), participants will be offered:
A full refund, OR
Option to attend the next available session without any additional cost
For retainership-based or customised training programs (e.g., corporate packages):
Any cancellation must be made in writing and will be subject to mutually agreed terms outlined in the agreement.
If cancellation occurs less than 4 business days prior to the scheduled session, 70% of the session fee will be chargeable.
No refunds will be offered for e-learning modules once access credentials or SCORM files have been shared with the client.
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of technical malfunction or duplicate payments.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Participants may be required to share bank details for NEFT/IMPS if paid through non-digital methods.
